LONDON FOODIE GUIDE 2019

Not many people know this, but I work in the food marketing industry and my job often has me travelling to other countries and working with local chefs.

Being a greedy foodie, I always ask the chefs for their local recommendations - after all, who else better to ask about the best restaurants than those in the industry itself?

Many business trips later, I have acquired quite a modest amount of foodie recommendations, and I figured sharing is caring, so here's the first part of foodie recommendation series... for LONDON.

London has had a bad reputation for food, but in the last few years the food scene have been evolving, with more chefs incorporating flavours from their global travels and paying attention to seasonality of local ingredients.
